The staff were lovely and helpful, the room had everything you needed and the location just perfect. One of the rooms we had, the double bed was two single beds joined together which is absolutely fine and very common, the mattresses in our room just didnt want to stay put or stay together and they kept splitting or shifting whenever you moved around but it’s not a deal breaker as we only stayed one night.

Lovely little hotel in the very centre of town. Staff are great and breakfast is very nice. Hot tub jacuzzi on the roof is a great touch. I would definitely stay here again :)

Good location, next to bus stops, City Express and near dowtown. I was given a better room, spotless clean, and the host is great! She is a nice, lively woman who gives you tips about everything, from the weather to the main tourist attractions. Gluten-free bread provided for breakfast. Loved the doggie of the house, Sunny. I definitely recommend it.

We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon in May 23b and could bot find fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice about travel passes and transport. The hotel was beautiful and clean which made us feel at home. Sadly the restaurant was closed when we stayed as it was staff's night off but plenty eating places in town. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice for everyone! We had a swim in the natural pool outside which cooled us down as the weather was also superb! All in all a lovely stay 😁

This hotel is perfectly located between the cities Kaprun and Zell am See. It was basic, but very clean. The breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety. But the best part is the summer card which is included with the accommodation. It allows you to visit almost every landmark for free including public transport and cable cars. This hotel is perfect value for money.

I travel a lot, to the sea, tourist goals and, especially, skiing. I stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels...I left both positive and negative reviews according to how I felt treated. I arrived at LukasMayr ​​by accident, there I found an offer for the last hundred meters for Zell, Saalbach, Kaprun. And I want to say that it was the best choice. It was the first time I felt at home. The friendliness of the staff, the management, the large and clean rooms, the parking, the quietness of the settlement of 4000 people, their respect. As for the food, breakfast and dinner...impeccable. Maybe nowhere have I eaten better and more organized (each room had a reserved table). Congratulations to the family of owners, who work side by side with the employees and who gave me the impression that the LukasMayr ​​team is a family in itself. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel. Room for heating slippers. A hotel that this family rented in ruins and is trying to bring it to perfection. The road is difficult, but I am convinced that they will succeed We will definitely be back. P.S. No, we are not friends and I was not paid for this review. That's how I felt the stay. Like HOME.     The location of this traditional pension is perfect. It is localized not so far from the city center, but far enough to maintain absolute “soul refreshing” quietness. Actually the only background noise you will hear is a sound of a wild rivulet flows behind the house. And as always it is all about host and here you have host worth 11 stars out of 10. It was great and lovely stay for me and I hope I will came back.

    Very friendly and helpful staff! Always with a kind greeting. The breakfast was great, with lots of options and fresh, delicious food. Clean, tidy room. Although there was no air-conditioning, the warm weather outside wasn't very noticeable inside the room. It also could be aired sufficiently with the windows. Travelling by train, the location was perfect in distance to both the railway station, the city centre, and the mountains to start hiking.

    The property is in a quite location, about 20-30 minutes walking from the city center up the hill, easily accessible with the bus. The room was clean, rustic and well-kept. We were facing the mountain in the back and it was really peaceful. The girls from breakfast were polite and smiling, they took good care of us and the other guests. Overall, we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay in this peaceful town, away from our busy lives.

    Wonderful Stay! The hostess was incredibly kind and responsive all the time. The location is close to the city center. The room was clean and the breakfasts were delicious, and I truly appreciated them. Highly recommended!
