Comfortable space and excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful. We had some car problems and had to extend our stay. The staff were very accommodating and helped us through the situation.

Great location and comfy beds. All the shared facilities were kept clean and food in the bar downstairs was yummy. Having a fridge in the room was great for storing breakfast, drinks, and lunch food.

Because of booking.com bigger ingredients up our reservation. We had to look for another hotel. So I found sure stay. The owner Liz, was so helpful as we paid for the hotel through booking.com, they took the money out of my partners account, but didn't confirm with the hotel. So it took Liz an hour to sort our accommodation for us. I will never deal with booking.com ever again
