We left the car on the parking during our holiday which was only 5 Euro /day. We could order some drinks to take to the room in the evening and they arranged the taxi for the airport the next morning. Everything with a big smile and in perfect Dutch ! During our holiday they called to tell us a window of the car was accidently left open by me. They asked if they could call somebody to close it but nobody from my family was available. So then they proposed to take out the papers, fix it with plastic and keep an extra eye on the cameras. On my return everything was just fine with the car. Best service in years and I travel a lot. Thank you very much !

Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.

It was our first time in Brussels and we were pleasantly surprised with hotel location - very nice area with a lot of restaurants and nightlife. Very easy transport to the center. The hotel itself is super clean with big rooms and very responsive staff. Will stay again for sure!

Very nice, cozy hotel with renovated modern rooms, in the center of city, but quiet place in the same time. Pool was awesome. My son was so happy to spend a lot of time there, because it was also heated. Breakfast was also very good and with great variety of food. Personell was also very friendly. I will definetelly choose this hotel again if will come back to Brusseles some day.
