The entire experience was wonderful. Great room. Loved the neighborhood and the attached Burger King :) Incredible breakfast buffet. Friendly shuttle driver who even put in a carseat for our 14 month old. Top marks all around!

It's a great place to stay in Madrid; it's quiet and comfortable. It is modern and has a friendly design. My room was spacious, elegant and very clean. Staff members were very supportive and friendly. The breakfast area was quiet and inviting; the breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety of foods. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is in a nice, quiet area, close to several bars and cafeterias. It is outside the city centre but is close to the metro station and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Comfortable bed. No noise from the street/halls/other rooms. The kitchenette has the minimum to prepare a quick meal. It was really nice - being an apartment where people can sleep on the living room - that the bathroom was independent from the room. Good wifi.
