Quirky little boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, cheerful, spacious and practical room. Good breakfast, full English plus cereal, yoghurt, juices and toast. Parking onsite. Walk to Warwick castle. Sainsbury’s next door was useful for us as we were touring by car and could restock our picnic supplies.

This modern hotel is just off junction 15 of the M40 motorway, 2 miles from Warwick town centre.

We had lost faith in Holiday Inn but the staff here were so helpful and welcoming we are definitely going to return and will start to retry other Holiday Inns . Harvey explained about the Apps to us so we get the points and spent time checking us in and Andy and the Chef were so friendly and helpful. Well done a pleasure to see,they should be sent out to educate other hotels.

Staff were all wonderful. Very efficient and accommodating. The choices at breakfast met our group's variety of needs. The pub was excellent, and the meal we ate in there on our first night was also very good.

Room 21 was very spacious and very comfortable, there was a desk and chair and a separate sitting area with 2 lounge chairs and a small table with kettle, tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Shower was good. Included breakfast was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator (as requested) and had a pleasant view. Excellent location one block from the main shopping street, yet quiet at night.

I was there for a conference (DealeyPlazaUK). Everything was exceptionally well organized, from conference rooms to meals. Food was exceptional, and all the catering / wait staff were lovely !

The room was huge and very comfy. It had a very spacious living room and dining table. The green areas at the hotel are nice, we stood there a while in the night and watched a clear sky full of stars. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff was super friendly the whole time.
