Impeccably clean. Pretty good area to stay. Comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. They have very helpful and lovely staff. We received a lot of help from Nicole to book into this accommodation as we couldn't stay at our original accommodation due to it smelling of mould and being infested with mosquito. Nicole went above and beyond. She even showed us the room before we booked to make sure it was up to our standards after what we went through with the previous place.

We got upgraded to better room upon our arrival and it was absolutely fabulous one with a fantastic view over the city and the sea. Everything was very clean, the beds a comfy, and staff is really nice, friendly and helpful! The hotel is like 5 minutes away from really nice area with restaurants and cafes, but located in a way to avoid noise of the parties. So, very much enjoyed our stay there.

Only stayed one night here as my friend and I took the ferry from Santorini to Heraklion and drove to Chania the next day. We walked with our luggage to the hotel from the port but would definitely suggest taking a transfer as there may or may not be a sidewalk and if there is it can get quite narrow. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had many nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a great buffet with lots of variety. Everything suited our needs.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was large and clean. The staff was very kindly. The staff is changing the towels every day. The parking was large but if you don't have space you can let your car behind others and left the key at the reception.
