We really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, who were happy to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts each morning that were included in the room price were delicious. The rooftop terrace was a colourful and scenic area to enjoy the extensive variety of good quality food and drinks. We also enjoyed tasty dinners on the rooftop terrace in the evening. Views of the night sky and city were lovely to see as you dined there. The location was good. The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very approachable and helpful. He and his staff made for a very good team in the running of the hotel. This of course helped make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Testimony to this is that we are coming back to stay again.

Stay here 1 night for my business trip. The staff was friendly and they're very responsive to help me. The room's clean. I reserved room only and add breakfast when I arrived to hotel. The taste's delicious and friendly waiters. And also the location's very strategic in the middle of the city. Recommeded and I will stay here again if I visit Balikpapan.

Delicious food, great variety for breakfast, and Chef Dedi cooked wonderful meal for our family dinners at the restaurant. A very nice massage at the hotel spa, very friendly staff, comfy bed and spacious room, (got room 702), nice swimming pool, roof top cafe, and on top of all, it's very good value for the price. Thank you for Ms.Adel at reception who did her best to accommodate my needs during our stay. Thank you to all staff at Maxone Balikpapan for your hospitality.
