Three-Star Hotels in Bukit Lawang

It was a really pleasant stay!! We stayed here 2 nights before our jungle trek and 1 after as we really liked it. You have your own private terras with an amazing river view! The room was very clean and even has a ventilator so you can have a chill breeze when sleeping. The staff is extremely nice and they will do everything to serve you. They have just built a new terras that will open soon and serves cold drinks but even now they will jump on the motorcycle and fetch whatever u want. The breakfast is included and banana pancakes are always a good idea. It is not in the city centre but with a little hike of 10 minutes you are already there and in return you have a really beautiful view and only the sound of nature. In resumé, i really recommend this place if you are looking for something in Bukit Lawang.

Dining facilities were comfortable, had a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The view from our Waterfall cottage was peaceful and its location was convenient to the dining area. Our trek into the jungle exceeded expectations: Not only did we see several orangutans and a huge variety of monkeys, but the lunch was refreshing and the guides were so friendly and informative. Another village tour was arranged at short notice and proved very interesting.

Lovely stay , comfortable and very clean.the view from the balcony was amazing and the staff also very friendly and helpful. We did a day trekking and tubing, I had lots of fun to see the orang utan up so close, can't get better than that.even though I felt over so many times to get to it 🙈 , it's so worth it.And also thumbs 👍 for our guide bang jerry and his partner (so sorry I can't remember his name ) they both are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly, also very patient with me as I am taking so many breaks during our trip to see the orang utan. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel orangutan and Hopefully I will be back to Indonesia again soon. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Great place to stay on the river right in Bukit Lawang - walking distance everywhere. Dedek and her family are very welcoming, provide great food and the is a nice spot to hang out and watch river life. It's right in amongst all the guesthouses and restaurants. Having the river flowing immediately below my room (No. 2) was so cool but I did use earplugs at night. Weekends are very busy in town with lots of visitors enjoying the river. The room was immaculately spotlessly clean, the bathroom too. Good value. Thankyou Dedek!.
