I usually don't stay in hostels anymore, but the experience at Arya exceeded any hostel I've ever had. The location is in central Ubud but is very quiet. When checking in you'll receive a welcome coconut and also a tote bag for free. The staff was the kindest, upbeat and helpful. They taught me so much about Balinese traditions and culture. Lovely on-site restaurant with delicious food and cocktails. Wide comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and the pool was also inviting. It was wholesome to connect with other female travellers and share stories. The staff even surprised me with a fruit platter and some singing on my birthday. The best!

What a wonderful place! It’s in the middle of a quiet garden but in the real centre of Ubud. Not a luxurious accommodation but very authentic and clean. Yoyok is an amazing host! He helped with everything we needed - scooter, laundry, transport to Gili Islands. We really liked that you can have a real Balinese breakfast with many options (rice porridge with egg, satay, sweet cakes with coconut and palm syrup) - did not see it anywhere else. We had a great time!

My experience in this hotel is amazing,,the hotel is new, the staff is very kind and helpful in everything. The room is very clean and every day they clean it very nicely. First of all the staff was amazing! So friendly, helpful and smiling. The location is in a quiet area very close to the touristic centre of Ubud but much more peaceful and authentic. The room was exceptionally clean, maybe the cleanest we ever found in 8 years travelling to Bali, also compared to more high end hotels. The room was simple, neat, well taken care of and with that little touch of love that makes the difference. The yoga shala that we could use at any time was also very clean, organised, welcoming with a peaceful open view. The swimming pool in the back garden is also open on a stream and towards the jungle, with a magical background. The whole experience was perfect and the staff, once again, made it even better, making us feel at home and being available even after we checked out, not only for leaving the luggage, but also letting us use a room to get changed and ready for our journey onward.

    I really recommend this place! It was the first spot on our Bali trip and it was wonderful. It is close to the city center but in a peaceful part, next to temple and rice filed. We wound peace, chill and kindness. Positive aspects: - location - peace - the staff was so kind, polite, always trying to help and simply nice - clean, no problem with everyday cleaning, changing towels - no bugs - amazing beautiful garden, pool Very good price for the value Would come back there :)

    Great location, right in the city center of Ubud. Room was clean and cozy, and all staff are very friendly with me. The price is very nice and already include with delicious breakfast options to choose from but i recommend the banana pancakes ( please don't compare with 3 star or 5 star hotel). Swimming pool is very big and very great ( i even got to see monkeys run from the monkey forest and please don't try to give some food for the monkey). I really recommend this bungalows.
