Excellent location, in the heart of Spanish Quarter. Service was impeccable. Front desk available 24hrs and very hospitable. Breakfast crew was lovely, had nice old-school canzoni Napoletane playing in the breakfast area. So enjoyable! Liked that the area was available after hours for a tea or coffee and a small pastry. Room was spacious, good bathroom facilities.

I chose this hotel knowing that it is not the closest hotel to the city center, but for a hotel with private parking it is the best hotel at a reasonable and good price. Even before the flight, the hotel staff sent me a personal message on WhatsApp, taking into account my late arrival time. And they sent me a message after landing in Rome, making sure to stay in touch with me and instructing me where the parking was and when I would arrive and when I arrived the front desk manager was waiting for me outside the hotel entrance and making sure I got into the parking lot safely And they took care of everything they could Highly recommended and I won't say anything bad

Beautiful girl Marta at reception was so nice and caring - she kept in touch with us before our arrival to make sure that we would get to place ok. Very handy location - lots of nice restaurants around, short walk to Sansevero Chapel Museum.

The accommodation was absolutely great! Stylish, spacious and clean. The room has its own bathroom and toilet. I really appreciated the great breakfast. Absolutely delicious croissants, home-made jams, fruit, ham and cheese, plus always something to taste from the home kitchen. Despite the fact that the hotel is located right next to the train station, I had no problem finding it, although of course you are not in the village :) If we were to return to Naples, we agreed that we would stay here again. We thank the helpful and kind staff for the advice they gave us. Monica and Alex
