Serene & affordably priced stay in wonderful little hot springs town. Excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen. Loved the sake bar on site & private nooks to read, sip sake, etc. Great location to explore the little bakeries & area around the hotel. Staff were excellent (spoke no english but this is normal). Loved the welcome drinks and the main room with board games. Very social yet tranquil and considerate space. Room was very warm, perhaps a little small but thats fine. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great breakfast with lots of local dishes. The room was comfortable. The location was convenient as well. Most attractions can be reached by foot, and there’s the metro too which is only a few blocks away. The staff is exceptional. They even stored my luggage for two days until I stayed at this hotel again. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sapporo.

Location is little bit far from the Sapporo station but quite acceptable, and the room is good enough to stay. Breakfast is also very nice. We would like to stay this hotel when we visit this city again.

Fabulous Hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms + good facilities including a coin laundry. The location was excellent with many affordable eateries nearby including “Ramen Alley”. Having the Toho subway line at the front door to get around town was a bonus.

the cafe downstairs is so cozy, evertyhing looks nice. the cafe doesn't offer much, but it's good enough to stay there studying or doing some work. it's right in the city center so tons to do around
