Excellent location, could not have hoped for a better location. Staff were really helpful - we had accidentally turned up a day earlier than our booking and they were able to accommodate us. Rooms are well thought and designed, good storage for the space and good amenities.

Everything was awesome. Clean and spacious room. Just 5 minutes from the central railway station and 10 minutes walk to local cultural site To-Ji. The hotel is surrounded by nice places to have a meal. An awesome breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, who answered all the questions I had.

The service from the hotel staff was great! The location is a comfortable walk to main transport options which made getting to main attractions easy. The room was clean and spacious, there were laundry options available in the hotel itself. The onsen provided a separate space to relax after a long day of walking and travelling.

    Good value for money and location. Note that there are two Piece Hostels in Kyoto - make sure to check which one you’ve booked (i.e. Sanjo) before walking there! The staff were very accommodating and it feels more like a budget hotel than a hostel if you book a room with a private bathroom. The only difference is really not having a TV or view, but these were worthy sacrifices if you’re just looking for a centrally located place to sleep. Clean.
