I would like to say thank you to all of your staff! We were very happy and enjoyed our stay a lot! All of your staff are nice and friendly, I love to see their smile 😊 which made us happy for whole day!! They also prepared a high chair for my 7months old baby,which surprised me the most . awesome staff were friendly helpful and the location is just near Kusatsu station. it takes 15 mins to get to Kyoto on the local JR line. stayed out of the maddening crowds and were one of the locals. well almost no tourists here so I stood out well and truly. loved this hotel will come pack.

So proper no issue to deal with very pleasant clean and handy round places to go train station, eating places. Well supplied of towels n toiletries but no coffee teas n sugar but ders coffee mugs glasses hot kettle even another glasses for brushing teeth. Grt even ders a very small old fridge yet so clean thumbs up. Buffet bfast superb loaded of grt comfort food so classy perfect o/whelming. Ps im impressed even there's a bath tub, slippers all hangers wooden n 6 pcs not only 2 haha. Quiet place n they made sure my request been delivered. Arigato gozaima

    The hotel offered welcome drinks and the hotel's location is great, next to the JR station. Parking in the building next to the hotel and an discount on parking fee will be offered to hotel guests. We enjoyed the stay there.
