The stay in this hotel was extremely pleasant. There are lot of amenities offered for free, the rooms look very nice, everything is clean and the price is unbeatable. The hotel is also equipped with coin washing machines, which is indispensable during longer trips. Our group was very satisfied and we would recommend staying in this hotel to any travelers.

The staff are amazing - I forgot my headphones and they sent them to me at our next hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, it's very centrally located and the free breakfast is nice. Also a handy beer vending machine, if you don't want to walk the few minutes to the shopping centre/station nearby.

located in a center of shopping and food stores. The hotel is very clean, confortable and there are veriety of ameneties like free unlimited breakfast, smoking room and more. The bathroom is very clean, the room is too, it is confortable to sleep and the lighting is good. nothing is broken, there is a fridge and kettle in the room. I cannot find bad things about this hotel, it looks just like in the photos. Considering the price and location, I put 10/10.

Very conveniently located hotel with great breakfast (you have to try the curry!) and well-fitted rooms. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I would stay there again for another trip to Kumamoto.

Staff was very welcoming and kind, the room was really spacious, especially for japan standards, it was also clean and beautiful with a nice view of the river. There were many restaurants around.
