The hotel ambience for xmas was exceptional with all the decorations and the free biscuits and hot chocolate was an extra touch that made our stay that more enjoyable . The room was well presented and clean and tidy - the bed was so so comfortable. We have stayed here before and never been disappointed - we look forward to our next stay at Hotel Janssen - the location is excellent for our stay at valkenburg and it never disappoints . Thank you to all the staff that go the extra mile - the hospitality is outstanding - well done .

Varied breakfast, for all tastes. And the town is quite atypical for the Netherlands: it is located between hills, crossed by a fast river, and there is even a chairlift. Wonderful place! Extremely beautiful hotel, lovely surroundings and super good food. Extended our stay for one more night because we liked the place so much. Staff very friendly. Absolutely perfect place for travelling with dogs as there is beautiful park next to hotel and you are allowed to bring your pet pretty much everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant area!

This is very lovely place. We were 3 persons and we had huge, cozy apartment. We rented it for Pinkpop festival. It’s very close village to the festival location. Breakfast was very good. Giving highest recommendations!

Everything! This place is perfect! The hotel is nicely decorated and cozy. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and they were all so nice to our dog. The dinner was beyond delicious and the breakfast as well. It is also nicely located in Limburg. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in the area and are so happy to have found this little gem!
