Location was perfect! only a min or 2 walk to the lake. and yet tucked nicely in a street where it is quieter and generally safer to walk around compared to other areas in the old quarter. There's Pizza 4Ps right across the hotel, my family dined there twice as it was really good! There are a lot of spa's, coffee places, shops within walking distance to the hotel. There's even a small banh mi stall and coffee/tea stall outside the hotel for our late night fix. Our family room was really big! we are 4 in the family. my kids are already in their teens. the room is as advertised. we even have a couch and an office table in the room. It's so spacious that we have plenty of space to walk on in the room even with our bags/luggages sprawled on the floor. the bathroom was big as well with reliable hot water for shower. Toiletries and towels are provided daily. Beds and pillows are comfy. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided bottled mineral water everyday for free. The hotel does not have any other amenities like a lobby/reception, restaurant, or pool. But I already know those while i was researching so i know what to expect. But the travel office in the first floor is also the hotel's reception already. They can keep your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in time. The staff of the hotel are all nice, helpful and friendly. Natalie was always there to help me with my inquiries. She would even send to whatsapp daily restaurant suggestions to make sure my family and i got to go to the best restaurants in Hanoi. Great value for money and we would definitely stay here again when we go back.

I loved the hospitality. The staff was sooo kind and I really enjoyed being so close to everything, but also on a small local street made it feel very homey. Everyone was helpful and I even spent an hour or so talking to one of the staff jus because she was so school.

The location of the hotel is great, the room was clean, with free bottled water every day and they upgraded us to room with balcony, which was great. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful, and we were able to leave suitcases in the hotel, while we were waiting for our plane, so we could get around the town suitcase free. We also made reservation for Halong bay through the hotel, and we were very satisfied.
