Location was nice and quiet, very pretty town with nice Christmas decorations. Breakfast had many good options and all of them were good. The room had the blackout shutters which was great as well. Staff was also very helpful coordinating a cab for me on the day I left.

Centrally located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheinfels is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and features a restaurant with a large terrace facing the river. Free WiFi is available in public areas of the property. The location in a historic building along the Rhine river in old town was superb! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. We were able to park across the street for a couple of hours and there is another lot nearby as well. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, eggs made to order. Everything was fresh and stocked. Highly recommended!

A train station is 400 metres away. The Hotel is elegant and old - 1900- and you feel like royalty when you walk in. The staff are so friendly and Max, the host and waiter, is eloquent and amazing. The room suite was perfect! The bed comfy and it had all the accouterments for relaxing. The breakfast was so delicious. They go the extra mile!

This hotel is in a historic building, dating from the 15th Century but well renovated. The staff members, Alicia, Marco and William were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. A short walk took us to Santa Lucia Plaza where there are restaurants and pubs, and local people gatheear. It was fun interacting with them. A short walk further was a chocolate shop. Great neighborhood. Also, a convenient location from which to take a trip to beautiful Rhein Fall. I highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was excellent
