My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!

We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏

He came to the taxi station and picked me up, help me to bring my luggage to the location, gave me all the information about FengHuang and asked me to pay attention to some things (not good things), all, everything! Trust me, no one can beat his services since I traveled a lot. And my room was in the highest floor with most beautiful views of day and night!
