I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at, they truly make you feel at home. Coming to zhangjiajie can be intimidating as a foreigner as all the scenic locations are very scattered and you need to book a whole lot of tickets. Our host speaks amazing English and he made this process a breeze, not only did he book everything for us at a discounted price but he also gave us a detailed run through of the routes as well as record a video. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at where we need to go, I didn’t even need to switch my brain on. Our room was clean, comfy, spacious and high tech. Additionally his parents cook amazing food, traditional chinese style including noodles and soup dumplings, better than the restaurants we tried in the area! In conclusion I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a foreigner coming here for the first time! They truly go above and beyond for you.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Rooms were a decent size and beds were big and comfortable (average to soft mattress for westerners standards). We could rest very well due to the location: outskirts of Wulingyuan so it was quiet. Rebecca and her family were very hospitable and accommodating: she gave us a lot of information about the park, took us to the entrance by car, helped us buy tickets, do laundry and gave us fruit and juice upon our arrival. The concerns we had were addressed. We had dinner once at the hotel and the home cooked meal was really tasty. Good value for money, I would recommend!

Arranged a car to take me to see to see the Zhangjiajie cave and then to the train stations. China never disappoints.

It was super convenient and clean. Rebbica is amazing, she is so friendly and speaks english. She helped us in all attractions booking and she helped us in every aspect. The breakfast is recommended, it’s simple and nice and cheap. Its very close to all attractions:)

Suoxiyu is 3.2 km from the property. Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.
