He goes out of his way to help locals and runs a tight ship. Chef, manager, barman, dog lover, launderer, cleaner, waiter, local law enforcement and assistant to the elderly of the town. Well done Brian.

The property is 10 minutes' stroll from Newquay Train Station, 16 minutes' walk from Fistral Beach, and less than a mile from Newquay Zoo. The nearest car park is 3 minute’s walk away and there is also limited public parking on the neighbouring streets. Due to our central location, unfortunately we do not have parking ourselves. Room was great - deluxe triple room. Nice shower and plenty of room Breakfast brilliant with plenty of choice and a fabulous coffee machine, plenty of normal toasters so you didnt have to wait! Natalia especially was kind, funny and attentive, she went out of her way to help Excellent location - 5minute walk to the sea in front and a 30second walk to the main shopping street.

Situated in the heart of York, The Bar Convent Guest House is only a 15-minute minute walk from the city centre and just over 300 metres from York Railway Station. The Grade I listed building offers an exhibition on the history of the site, a garden and free WiFi. I had a vey friendly and helpful welcome. The hotel has charm in abundance and is well located to explore York. Great room. Nice and quiet. And breakfast great. Super value for money.
