Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and as soon as we entered the room, a very good smell permeated the whole place. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back if we visit gyongyos again!
