The hotel is perfect in every aspect - great design, spacious rooms, pool area, delicious food, beach of the hotel with evening activities, and professional and very nice staff. Whatever you will ask for - it will be organized for you. It's really one of the best place I stayed in, also because of general atmosphere.

It provides massage and laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Room with ocean view, such a nice bungalow! Very comfy beds, nice bathroom outdoors, very friendly staff and gorgeous beach location to have dinner. The beach right in front of the hotel is one of the nicest snorkel locations of GiliAir, and we were lucky to spot some turtles while snorkeling. The hotel organised us a horse with carriage to carry our lugage, as it is right on the other end of the island from where the harbour is.

Spacious standalone bungalows come with modern Balinese interiors and have large windows that provide plenty of natural light. All are equipped with a personal safe and private balcony that overlooks the garden. Very nice location, nothing was in the wrong place, we had every comfort. Moreover, staff were simply amazing, truly kind and helpful. We had help in renting bikes and in booking the boat back to Bali (inclusive of transfer to our next stop in our trip) for a very cheap price! Breakfast also was a nice touch, varied and delcious.

Everything was perfect and great value for money! The breakfast was great, very generous portions and a lot of variety, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing and well maintained and the pool area is gorgeous and peaceful. It's 2min walking from the beach. If I ever go back to Gili Air I would definitely stay here again.

Everything here is perfect: impeccable cleanliness, attentive and thoughtful staff. I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Thank you for everything!

The location is a dream - it’s quiet but in close walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our bungalow was situated in a beautiful, lush garden. But what made it extra special were the people. ❤️ Everyone is so friendly, always in a good mood and we got the BEST tips for exploring the beautiful island! Last but not least: We LOVED the smell! From the sheets and towels to the incense - there’s always a fresh scent lingering in the air at Villa Bagus. We would recommend staying there to all our friends!
