The Kilford Arms Hotel is a short walk from the rail and bus station. In the city centre discover Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House and Black Abbey. The room was huge. And quiet. Thank you. Had everything we needed. Although lots of stairs, it was an enjoyable walk to/from our roadside room.

We are a family run hotel situated either 20-minutes’ walk or 4-minute drive from the city centre. The hotel is also directly across from the Kilkenny City bus route which runs every 30 minutes into the heart of the city. We provide ample free parking to guests. The staff was wonderful & the property was beautiful. Breakfast was great, too. We walked 20 min to Medieval Mile, the location is very convenient
