Simply wonderful. The meals were generous and delicious. Hotel itself is nostalgic retro style. View is beautiful. Public baths are clean and relaxing.

Big comfortable room with kettle and TV (YouTube app available). Enjoyed the Japanese meal and breakfast (food plentiful, make sure you arrive extremely hungry). Their slogan is “Your home in Miyajima” and it’s so true. So comfortable and they provide everything including yukatas. You could literally just turn up with a change of underwear and everything else is pretty much available (toothbrush, hairbrush, toner & moisturiser in the onsen bathroom).

The food was absolutely delicious - we were eating a feast of unique foods specially prepared for us every evening and morning, which made the experience epic. Okami-san and everyone else here gregariously welcomed us with cups of beautiful matcha, and even shuttled us to and from Yasugi station and to the Adachi Museum of Art. I will never forget this place!

This hotel is directly across from the ferry terminal so it was so convenient with all our luggage. Lovrly clean hotel with a spacious room that even had a massage chair. Beds were super comfy. The stay was really special, with touches like a lounge area near reception for guests to help themselves to unlimited tea, coffee, soft drinks, cake, biscuits and ice cream. Our son was in heaven!! The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. The hotel has separate male and female onsen which was a nice way to wind down in the evenings.
