Apartment is very clean and modern with many useful facilities in your room (washer, dryer, microwave, fridge etc). Staff were very communicative and helpful over Booking.com messages, they also helped me receive my luggage sent from another hotel. Also there is an elevator so no struggle with luggage up the stairs. Room was quite soundproof.

Very spacious, very clean and had all the facilities we needed. The check-in process was super straightforward and the host was good to ensuring we got in okay. Very comfortable stay.

The accommodation offers a lift, and luggage storage for guests. quiet surroundings, yet conveniently near 711 and train station, amenities in the bathroom/laundry, appliances including vacuum, washer so we had opportunity to wash and dry our clothes overnight with the air dryer in the bathroom.

Eslead Namba South III was perfect. Close to or within 10min walking distance to several other stations. The hotel was so clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Highly recommend this hotel.
