The accommodation was of an excellent quality for such a great location and fair price. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping services were excellent, the towel creations became a highlight of our trip.

This was my 3rd visit here - this shows how lovely the place is. Unspoilt natural beauty, both in the jungle and right on the lake. They have their own little deck right on the lagoon. Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!

La Palma Holbox is situated in Holbox Island, within 400 metres of Playa Holbox and 2.5 km of Punta Coco. With an outdoor swimming pool, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and terrace. Great spot. Well located and at the same time, just far enough to be away from the noise of the party zone. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable Would go back there any day.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. Great big room, good AC and fan, fantastic shower, lovely facilities. Really nice (if small) pool area with lounge chairs for when the beach is too windy. Genuinely a very nice place to stay, quiet, calm, comfortable, if you are OK with a bit of a walk in and out of town/beach.

This 3-star hotel offers a tour desk. Amazing place to be, surrounded by pristine nature, wonderful wildlife and away from horribly touristy and overpriced Tulum. We were pampered by Hector, Louis and Alfredo in their beautiful boutique resort. The hospitality and warmth are exceptional and we feel like staying with family. Very happy that we booked to stay here for 3 nights and extended in the end. I rated it highly as a eco friendly and wildlife hotspot destination.

The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Very good hotel! The hostess immediately after booking contacted me via whatsapp and sent all the necessary information. On the spot, we were welcomed very warmly by both Vanessa and the cat Tora 😊 The room was great - very nice and well thought out. The bed was comfortable. In addition, guests have at their disposal a basket/shoulder bag with a towel, with which you can go to the beach. Drinking water and tea or coffee are available without limits. Internet works fine. In a word, a great place with a good atmosphere.

For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Everything. The customer service and communication was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arranged tours via them as well, I recommend the 3 island tour. They provide transport to las Hamacas where breakfast is and that was amazing, some of the best breakfasts I've had and so much choice (pictures attached). It's on a beautiful part of the beach as well, we ended up staying down there most days as the restaurant and setting was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was really hot which was great. Great location in the town area and so close to the beach.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Tierra del Mar, the hotel is beautiful with love for detail and the staff so attentive and kind. The beach is just a few steps away and the same goes for all the amazing cafes and restaurants of Holbox. We would definitely recommend the hotel and consider coming back!
