The location was fantastic, only less than 10 minutes to the MRT station, from there only one stop to the THSR station easily (Taiwan High Speed Railway). The staffs were nice and friendly and the service was good. There are free drinks and snacks were nice touch. There’s a nice park close by which I like. Even though the size of the rooms aren’t big, we enjoyed our one night stay and slept well. Thanks!

A typhoon had hit, and although we suspected our flight would be canceled, we didn’t receive confirmation until two hours after the scheduled departure. Sure enough, after a rough night at the airport, we came back to the hotel at 4:00 AM, and our room was waiting for us. The staff was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful during a very stressful situation. Their care and professionalism made all the difference. The Metropolis Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area, and the service we received was truly top-notch. Highly recommended!
