I haven’t read the messages on the photo while booking and couldn’t get the balcony room. It hasn’t influenced the quality of my stay in a slightest though Thank you for the great service you provide🙏

Ayvazovsky Hotel is located next to the Odessa Philharmonic Theater, in the very center of the city, a 5-minute walk from the central Deribasovskaya Street, not far from the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater. The Potemkin Stairs are in a 10-minute walk away. The staff was wonderful, everyone was always very polite. The room (our room was in the new building) was in excellent condition and always clean. The location is very good if you want to walk in the center. You will have to walk to the sea for about 30 minutes. You can get to Arcadia by taxi in 20 minutes.
