Everything else was as excellent. We had a spectacular view of the fjord from our deck…it was a dream to be there.

The property is non-smoking and is located 5.5 km from University Of Alaska Southeast. I have stayed here several times now and this is my number 1 choice when visiting Juneau. The property is a unique treasure. It’s quiet, clean and the location is very convenient. Parking is so easy. The staff is always very kind and professional. The shuttle is very dependable. Just a really great place to stay.

Close to the Marine Wildlife Center, but a bit far away (to far to walk, especially when it is raining) from the cruise terminal and for the starting point of Kenai Fjord Tours. The property is non-smoking and is located 47 km from St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church. We enjoyed staying at The Colony Inn. It was very clean, well equipped, and the housekeeping staff was delightful! We stayed in the large 2nd floor Queen room. It was a very large room. We also enjoyed the main floor sitting room area. It had many historic and vintage furnishings and decorative items. We highly recommend staying here.
