Our flight was delayed, as there was a problem with the plane and the airline got a replacement plane etc. We communicated with the hotel via booking.com and updated them on our eta as we didnt want our airport shuttle to wait for us at the airport uneccesarily. Amanda attended to our msgs and when we arrived at FCA, Steve was there to meet us! yay!!! Thank you Amanda and Steve for being our first introduction to Montanan hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars!!!)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Crokery,pots and pans are all in the room when we checked in, and we were able to cook a hearty tom yum to enjoy. Walmart is just in front of the hotel for groceries. Throughout our stay we've been very well fed by the breakfast team! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sorry for not remembering the names of the ladies at Reception who would always greet us with a smile every morning and every time we come back to our home in Kalispell. Every team member we encounter are so friendly and warm. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very clean but what made the stay that much better was the staff I believe the man’s name was Jason that we dealt with and he was truly great! He accommodated my wife and I in every single way possible we plan to stay here again next time we go to whitefish!

The 3-star holiday home has river views and is 39 km from Big Sky Waterpark. The holiday home features facilities for disabled guests. Our cottage was spacious, well-appointed and cozy. The furniture, carpets, bed and linens were all high quality, and spotless. The cottage had easy parking in a private slip just outside the front door, and a nice view of the river. Easy walk to restaurants and retail in the village of Bigfork.

The staff is so friendly here and it’s very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is really good. I’ve enjoyed every experience here.

Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Whitefish, like skiing. The manager on duty, Martie was incredible. It was quite early in the morning and when I needed to get change made from a $20 bill, he was very friendly and personable. Later in the morning when I was checking out, he was just leaving as he was then off duty, but he still took the time to greet me.

The staff was very nice, polite and fast the room was great recommend the presidential suite. Has a pool table downstairs and a gas station next door to get snacks.
