Key safe worked well , advised pre arrival regarding how to park to avoid hanging over the pavement. Chocolate cake , tea , coffee and milk were very much enjoyed and the fresh flowers were a lovely thought too . If we’d had room we might have taken the two chairs from upstairs, very very comfortable!! Location was perfect for the beach and restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for five days, and it exceeded our expectations. Our dog was happy too! Everything was clean and tidy, and the organization was excellent. The surroundings were very quiet and pleasant!

Made to feel at home. Hosts very friendly. Property very clean and warm. Downstairs bedroom and ensuite wet room was ideal for elderly relative. Lovely quiet place. Handy for coast and Beverley. It was great we could park right outside the property. Off street and gated. Plenty of hot water and great shower. So glad there was a dishwasher and washing machine.
