This is a lovely, cosy cottage, very clean and very sunny. There is a lovely garden where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful views. The cottage has everything you need, and inside it looks even better than in the pictures. There is a large comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely come back here later for a longer stay. Paul and Elena are wonderful hosts.

A home from home, extremely clean and comfortable equipped with everything I needed for a week’s stay with my 18 month old toddler - from high chair, travel cot to toys and games. Lovely hot shower, sky and WiFi, plus a great welcome hamper with homemade scones, cream and jam - delicious treat. Great location for popping across the road to get provisions from Aldi and a straight forward walk to St Austell train station. The patio area gets lovely sunshine during the day. Hosts were fantastic, friendly helpful communication throughout. Highly recommend and would love to stay again when I return to Cornwall to visit family.

Sebright Great little get away. Good communication from owners. Spotlessly clean and everything you need for a get away. The remoteness is to die for as most days I am in London. Par Beach is recommended for dog walk. Polridmouth Cove is another good spot. We visited Newquay, Lands End, Padstow, Bude amongst other places, so great central location.

Accommodation was great and good size bedrooms with two twin bedrooms and a superking. Brand new addition of downstairs shower room as well as existing upstairs bathroom meant all 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids) could shower & wash & clean teeth without having to queue for bathroom.

The property is an excellent place to stay. The room sizes were really big - the lounge and downstairs bedrooms were huge. Very comfortable beds. Everything, especially in the kitchen, was well equipped. Even the towels that were left for each guest had really lovely big bath sheets. Its setting was in an old kiln works and it was very quaint. We had sun out on the back terrace for most of the afternoon. But on the front terrace near the kitchen we had the sun in the morning to enjoy a coffee outside, and also in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine. We were about a 15 min drive to St Austell with bigger supermarkets. But we were in Roche which has a local Co-Op for all essentials. The village also has a pharmacy, fish and chip shop, kebab shop, butchers and a Chinese, probably a few more too. There was also a pub right in the village and also one a bit further on, 5 mins in a car. Also a few mins drive was the village of Bugle, again with a few shops and pubs. Both the villages had train stations which connected to the bigger station in St Austell. It was a very central place to stay in Cornwall to get out and about to other places. My family loved staying here and we would not hesitate to book here again if we come back to Cornwall another time.

The owners were very friendly with lots of helpful information provided via email before arrival. The whole house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with plenty of space. It's in a great location and has some wonderful views. Would definitely recommend.

    Everything about this cottage was fantastic, immaculately clean, well presented, sooo quiet and it has an incredible view. There is a playground with a toy shed which literally has everything a child could ask for plus a woods to have a peaceful walk through, The grounds are immaculate. Threwhiddle village is just a breath of fresh air, you can see the hard work and love has been put into this place. The staff are lovely too and work incredibly hard. Thankyou.
