Cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. A big plus is the combination of a central location with windows facing the courtyard — so it’s quiet :) The room itself is quite spacious and cozy. We’re very satisfied :)

Polite and very nice host, the kitchen had large amount of utensils, clean bathroom with a washing machine, nice beds and air conditioning

Excellent for everyone such as Family , solo traveller , couple Kitchen is separate with the room Room so so superb Clean , Biggest room in Tbilisi. We r so lucky pick this up place Tq Sergo n ur wife ur service, always give help when u need it + fast reply n just do it Owner so so helpful even my shoes need to fix If u pick this place u earn it ! Very cheap too! We wish everyone country hv this special Hotel. Definitely will come back again and our number 1 choice!

The apartment was cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean. You can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes by foot or 5 min by car. There is a supermarket right next to the apartment. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The two-bedroom apartment was excellent! It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area felt cozy yet open. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants. The host was friendly and attentive!!! Highly recommend! Thank youuu !!
