Our stay at Klusouri Beach Villa was simply exceptional, and it all started with the unparalleled hospitality of our hosts. We were greeted with a delicious homemade cake, a fridge stocked with refreshments, and fresh fruit from their own garden. Throughout our stay, they made sure we had everything we could possibly need, from coffee and tea to a full supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was the warmest welcome we have ever received. We were a group of seven, spanning three generations, and for 10 wonderful days, the villa became a perfect haven for everyone. Our parents found their bliss in the beautifully maintained, quiet garden and loved the short, 5-minute stroll to the serene, non-commercial beach nearby. Our teenagers were thrilled with the enormous amount of space, which gave them the privacy and freedom to hang out and have their own fun. For us, the generation in between, the quiet mornings spent sipping coffee on the sunbeds were pure magic, while the vibrant atmosphere of amazing beaches like Xiropotamos and Ierissos were just a 5-10 minute drive away. But our favorite moments were the ones we all shared: enjoying our meals together on the magnificent terrace with its stunning sea view. The location is absolutely ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful and intimate vacation, surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to everything you need. A Lidl supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and a fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, and lively beach bars are also within easy reach. The villa itself is equipped to perfection. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine, and the bathrooms are stocked with more than just the basics. The hosts have truly thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable, including mosquito protection, beach toys for the kids, and plenty of beach chairs.

Lovely house in the wilderness, near a local road. Nearest villages (shops, markets etc.) 4 and 19 km away. Spotless clean; well equipped kitchen (I consider buying some of the kitchenware we had at our disposal), excellent beds and pillows. Wild beach in a five minutes walk. The owner Dimitris lives in the ground floor for some of the time, he's a lovely, calm and very polite man, we spent some time together and we'd like to see him again. Some night moths, ladybugs and small spiders here and there, but they seem so homely one couldn't object. We had most pleasant vacation one could imagine!

It’s located in very calm area. Big spacious house, two nice and very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The place is kids friendly, has a big yard with a trampoline. The host is very nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our time here and definitely will be back again!

    The villa is spacious and cool. Comfortable and airy living room, modern kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathroom, terraces for the evening. Greek and Belgian style in one :-) The area is calm, away from the croud. The beach is top. All that is needed for relaxation and refreshing summer experience.

    I like everything about this property. :) You get the whole first ground of the house, together with the yard and a balcony, from where you can watch the beautiful moon every night. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and created with attention to detail. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bakery. The village is very quite and cosy as well, yet filled with life.

    A brand new apartment with all facilities, very well furbished. 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the pastry, 200 m from tavernas, 200 m from the market. WiFi was stable, so I did a little work also. The hosts and overall the people in the village are very nice people and if we come back to Stratoni, we'd definitely stay here again.
