we can see northern light here. the house was well equipped and warm. the location was great if you drive yourself. we looking somewhere near Vik, but this house suit to our budget even quite far from vik. from here we manage to visit Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, Reynisfjara beach and Dyrhólaey light house and arc.

Beautiful place in the countryside just next to a cliff. The cabin is spacious and has a decent kitchen with everything you need to cook warm food. Large common area in the cabin allows you to hang our with your friends. The nearest grocery store is far away but this is to be expected in the countryside. You just need to stock up on the way. It is located next to the A1 road which makes it a perfect rest stop when you're touring the southern coast of Iceland.

Fossar Villa is a stunning property in the lush landscape on the South Coast of Iceland. The house is a generous size, equipped to a very high standard and decorated tastefully. Eaglerock guest house will forever be in our hearts. We visited for two nights on our on the road trip as a group of 10. The house has been recently renovated and everything was perfect and neatly cleaned. We loved the interior design, the living room with huge windows, the back patio. We saw our first Aurora here. It was magical. Bjorn was a super responsive host and helped us with his suggestions on how to hunt for norther lights. Thank you again!
