Location is fantastic, easy to access everything. Close to marina and beaches. Traditional Sicilian apartment with everything you need. The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We will stay here again.

Everything! Such a great value for money! Apartment very nicely furnished, all things of quality, exceptionally clean, a lot of extras (washing, coffee machines, hair dryer, shampoo/shower gel, even left us a lot of water and delicious candies :)), tv and wifi working great. We really enjoyed our stay :).

There are good and quick responses from Tim and Klaudia,Tim’s neighbour, who looks after the house was very helpful with help with restaurants etc The house is comfortable with a great view out to sea. The outside seating is great / undercover from the direct sun. The beach is good and 10mins down the hill - a little longer to get back!

Perfect and quiet place for my family. I really felt like a Sicilian there. A big garden, pool, grill, all here. Beach is really close and is beutiful. Even when something was missing, Maury arranged everything needed. Really great experience and I recomend to everyone.

We visited Sole Mare with our family of three children and liked our stay very much! The house is located on a hill next to the fabulous Mollarella beach and offers a fantastic view from the terrace over the valley, sea, and sunset. The fairly new house consists of two apartments of which we had the one in the back. We preferred to stay on the large front terrace, which was completely equipped with sofas, sunbeds, and a table set. The apartment itself consisted of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds and a separate kitchen. There is no living room, but the terrace will do just fine. There is also a back terrace with a dining table offering views of the forest behind the house. The wifi worked very nicely and covered the whole house. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We preferred to drive down to the Mollarella beach, but it is within walking distance if you are not traveling with small children.

Great little apartment in Licata. We were able to cook while we stayed, walked to the beach 20-25 minutes. The host was fabulous and met us for check in and check out. easy to communicate via the booking app.

The apartment was modern and spacious with quality fittings throughout, the owner was a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble, any requests were answered promptly This apartment is recommended very highly and I doubt that you will find better for the price
