A beautiful place. The house is beautiful, large, and superbly equipped. The host (George) took great care of us. He arranged boat transportation from Shimoni to the island and a tour of the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park (only our family, George, the captain, and the guide, were on the boat). He organized a walking tour of the island and village, which was fascinating. He can also arrange transportation to Mombasa at a very attractive price. George arranged home-cooked meals by a woman from the village, which were delicious. There are no cars on the island, and it maintains its quiet beauty, and one can walk around the area and meet some friendly people. The island's people have managed to preserve their heritage, and you can learn about their traditions, daily life, language, and traditional coastal seafood. A unique experience away from mass tourism. I highly recommend it.

The finishings, the details are tip top, the cleanliness, everything is so so clean , the peace and the quiete ere a well appreciated plus… If you’re looking for chaos, crowded places with the noisy crowded day and night life then this place definitely a no no for you. Best for people who are chill and looking for a really relaxed vocation…

That was the best choice to stay here! Great experience with the Chef Humphrey. The food (especially the sea food) was fantastic. The house is huge, clean, and very comfortable. Ideal location for us in a quiet and safe place. Whole our stay was a unique experience. We felt as a royal family. I fully recommend it to anyone who is visiting Kenya.
