We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. It was our pleasure to stay in this Villa also and also to meet such a great person like Shameera. Thank you for everything, you have done for us. Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. The villa overall is absolutely gorgeous. Looking right out onto the beach and the villa is so lovely and tropical modern in its design and aesthetic. There are two villas, one each side of a fabulous pool in the middle. The chef was amazing with incredible food and service, we were on full board which we highly recommend - once you arrive it’s very hard to leave. The caretaker, groundsmen and security were all fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Great place! The host Isham (and brother) was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Isham took us on a trip, cooked great food and the neighbor even came by and showed us som baby crocodiles. This was a great experience. The house is perfectly located by the river, everything was very clean and the pool is lovely for a swim in the afternoon. We give the best recommendations.

Beautiful little Oasis. The hosts are lovely people and so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great value. The pool is amazing and we generally had it to ourselves. There is a very nice affordable Sri Lankan restaurant nearby. Absolutely recommend this place!

    Everything is perfect, we liked this absolutely stunning villa. Thanks a lot our hospitable hosts for this amazing and stylish place. The villa is 2 steps from the beach and has a landscaped green area with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I strongly recommend this place, it is the best choice, we were so happy to stay here

    We had a lovely family break at Sandul Villa for Christmas. Seneka was a very helpful host, and the staff at the villa were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious throughout, plenty of choice - the curries were particularly good. The villa is spacious, clean and whilst not super luxe it has most of what you need on holiday. The pool is excellent and well maintained.
