Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean has a very homey vibe. Host Nalin made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. He’s kind, very friendly, very polite,professional,very respectful and very thoughtful. We had the best holiday ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Such a hidden gem. You will be lost in the forest after 15 minutes drive from Kandy. You will see the mountains, you will hear the birds when you wake up. The hotel provided an extra bad for our daughter - nice. The ambience and welcome were in colonial tradition. We had the 7 course dinner which was good after a relaxing day at the pool. Women in traditional dresses were collecting tea leaves from a small tea plantation in front of our chalet.

The Kingston Court ia literally like visiting your relatives house, that's how Shawn treats his guests. If you're in his home you're a part of his home. The room is clean and has the basics, there is access to the hall and kitchen which is fully equipped. But the best part of the stay is Shawn and his boys, they make you feel so much like home. We didn't get out baggage from the airline and were going to Nuwara Eliya which is much colder, Shawn insisted and gave us some warm clothes which really helped us! All in all it's a steal deal!

Family owned property .Sao the daughter was incredibly helpful in arranging train ,tuk tuk .anything we needed .Impeccably clean !! Bed Very comfy .Amazing views .! Amongst nature .monkeys ,birds .squirrels .The walk downhill was lovely ,chatting with the locals .Best to get tuk tuk back up .200 sl .Easy walk along the lake into town ,a fav place for the local people to stroll .Felt like home from home ! IT has to be the best place in Kandy .We loved it !!! Thank you Sao and family for taking care of us during our stay ❤️ .Hope we can return one day !

Susil and his wife are very kind people always willing to help. Breakfast are rich and tasty. House is located 15 minutes from the main road by car. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitelly recommend for the tourists who are lookind for calm acommodation.
