We had a great stay! Beautiful surroundings, one step away from great hikes as well as Oslo. Shops near by (car needed). Very good kitchen facilities helped as well as we like to cook sometimes. Friendly and helpful owners.

The whole house is spacious and very big for one family. It is equipped with everything you can need. It is according to the description. The house consisted of large living room, large kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything possible and there was a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer available. The house has its own history, it is beautifully renovated, and you can spend your vacation in a stylish, typical house. The location is very quiet with open view to the countryside. The parking was at the farm, free of charge. We traveled to centre of Oslo by car, it was easy, around 25-30 minutes. There are several supermarkets in nearby location. The host was very friendly and helpfull and communication was easy. It was big pleasure to stay here. Thank you.

We loved the historic nature of the house and enjoyed hearing its story from Terje. The proximity of the woodland and a lake added to the enchantment as well as the kindness of our hosts. Having a car would be an advantage as the nearest public transport is the metro which is a mile away downhill.
