Lovely little cottage, very clean and we liked the way it is decorated. The bathroom is small but very well renovated and the shower is really nice to use. The kitchen is functional and complete and it's very hospitable that the host left coffee and tea in the kitchen, as well as shampoo and soap in the shower. Very nice! The cottage is situated in a lovely, calm and green area. The check in was very easy and smooth with a key lock box. Everything was very clean, which was great!

Benita and Per were impeccable hosts. They were very responsive throughout our stay, providing us with many recommendations on things to do, places to visit, where to eat, as well as tips on beautiful secluded sites away from the tourist masses. The hosts have also been generous on borrowing their bikes to go around the island a couple times. The place is perfect for a simple countryside getaway in two. It’s located within walking distance various sites, restaurants, supermarket, boat station etc. It is very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The shower facility nearby is modern, Clean and easy to access. The island itself is a typical island in the Swedish archipelago, with various pine trees, berry bushes, moss, lichens, deers, lizards, marine birds etc. and the Islanders being good stewards for this.

Boasting a sauna, Stockholm Retreat Archipelago Cabin is located in Ingmarsö. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in the Stockholm Archipelago. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved spending our days kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and unwinding in the sauna. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. All our requests were taken care of and more. The staff was really very friendly. It was quiet on the island, we had plenty of time to relax. The sauna is also just great. The cabin is wonderful with great facilities. The equipment in the kitchen could be a little better, after all you have to transport everything to the island (e.g. kettle, larger pots, towels).
