Beautiful place, lush green location, clean property with all facilities available & top of everything, the caretaker/manager Mr. Tanju was the best of all. He was such a cooperative, kind hearted, proactive, friendly and nice man who took care of us like a family. We adored him and would love to stay again and again at this property under his care. Very comfortable 2-bed cottage, quite large. Very quiet location. Good value for money, given we were 3 travelling together. And: exceptional service! We left a coat here, and they were so helpful in bringing it to the bus station and handing it to a driver so that we could pick it up the next day without having to drive all the way back.

Very nice place for family vacation. There is some walking distance to nearest beach, but in another hand it quieter here and noise form hotels is not problem here. It worth to mention that hosts doing great job to maintain villas in clean conditions. The most clean rental property that I ever saw for last several years. Hosts are nice people and go extra mile to ensure comfort of guests.

Excellent location. Fantastic host. Just a great place. Nothing to fault. Really nice gardens with two patios on the ground floor & one if the bedrooms has a patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, 4 burners & electric oven, microwave, fridge& freezer, also a dishwasher. There is a Migros supermarket only 150 metres away & various other shops & restaurants.

We stayed for 1 week at this beautiful house and were very happy with the experience. The host was always helpful and answered our questions within some minutes. The house is located in a quiet area and yet within walking distance from supermarkets and local stores, the Friday’s Göynuk market is 15-20 minutes by foot. The house offers spectacular views, has a garden and a pool, which we really enjoyed:) The house itself has everything one might need for a vacation: air conditioners in every room, terrace facing the garden and the other one on the roof -we liked our family breakfasts at both of those. There was plenty of dishes, cutlery, sauce and frying pans, etc., which was great as we love cooking We did not try Gôynuk beach so I cannot comment on the distance, but were driving to the one in Camyuva. All in all, we enjoyed our time and will be happy to come again.

We liked the location, quiet place, beautiful view of the mountains. Very friendly owner. Warm fireplace, cozy villa. The place had everything you need for life, the owner took care of even the smallest things and left a compliment in the form of a bottle of red wine. The interior of the villa is beautiful, the exterior too.
