Not only they accommodated us, but also had good suggestions and offered help whenever possible. If I visit Ksamil again, I will not even consider another place to stay. The room is also well furnished, with all the necessary utilities being provided. Thank you for everything.

The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We truly felt at home during our stay — the owners are very attentive to every detail. They live in a nearby house, but are never invasive; they are there whenever you need them. We highly recommend this place!
