All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

Units are equipped with a kettle, while selected rooms also offer a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave. At the villa complex, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Fofi was a great host and super accommodating. In case we needed anything she answered immediately and made arrangements. The apartment complex is conveniently located close to Zia where you can find restaurants and shops. The view from the villa is breathtaking and we loved sitting around the pool aswell. The narrow street is definitely possible to manage with a smaller car and there is a parking spot (for multiple cars) right next to the villa. Would recommend again!

Situated within 3.5 km of Asclepieion of Kos and 4.1 km of Kos Port, Ta Spitakia offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!! The villa is tastefully decorated, beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything a family needs for a stay. The kitchen is equipped down to the last detail - stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and inviting. Three large rooms with access to the courtyard from each room. Each room has a shower and toilet. At the exit from the living room there is a pool that faces the sea and a huge lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A few meters away is a spectacular beach. We have no words to describe such a pleasant fun experience. Mikey, the owner of the complex, is such a nice man that it was very important to him that we were satisfied throughout our stay there.We have no doubt that we will want to return.

We were delighted to find that there were a few supplies (water, coffee, snacks) to get us started as well as shower gel and plenty of towels. The apartment easily sleeps 5 (we were 3), has 2 bathrooms, was spotless and tastefully designed with lots of outdoor space and the fabulous pool for a dip. Our host Angelos, was very responsive and incredibly friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute decision to take a short trip to Kos and this property came up as available. How lucky were we! The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We found out that they have just started this venture in what is/was their family home. I am sure that is why every detail had been thought about. We are definitely hoping to go back but I’m sure when word gets out it is going to be fully booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
