The kitchen had every necessary appliance and was fully stocked with utensils and saucepans, etc. It was comfortable and very tastefully decorated, situated in quiet countryside. We didn't see the host, Alexandros, but he was in contact when needed, and the house was cleaned and tidied each day while we were out. A really lovely stay.

The location was ideal -- just on the edge of Chora. Very close and easily walkable to everything in Chora, but also in a quiet location. The property exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time in Patmos many thanks to our stay in this place. First of all, the host was very kind and very friendly. The room's decoration was amazing and they even welcomed us with such beautiful sandal tree smell. The fridge was full of butter, we had honey, orange juice and bread and a very good amount of coffee capsules. The room was so clean and they kept cleaning the room everyday. Everytime we were back from the beach the room was like no one ever stayed there as the house keeping was perfect. I felt like I was home. And the location was amazing, just 1 minute to the port and all the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Dimitris so much for making us feel like we are home. We will definitely be back again.

LOVED the bedroom upstairs! Popi is a fantastic host! She is warm, caring, and quite charming.

It’s also close to the start of two old walking routes to skala if you want to head down on foot. The house itself is perfect, with little touches that make it feel homely and a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals when we wanted to be quiet at home. Lefteris could not have been more helpful: sharing local knowledge and helping us arrange things while there. We’d stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!
