The location is great - close enough to comfortably walk to the beach and and all the restaurants but still far enough from the bars and clubs for it to be quiet at night. The staff was so lovely and made us feel at home. The cleanliness was superb and the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in during our travels in Thailand.

Conveniently located - two restaurants next door but 10 mins walk away more beach restaurants and a 7-11. the place place for breakfast was at the cafe that is newly opened on site. Coffee and matcha were 10/10. You also get 10% if staying here The host Latte is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help us if we have any questions. Everything offered here is a really reasonable rate, they’re not overcharging so it makes life really easy like renting a bike and doing your laundry here. All the staff are lovely. You can tell the hosts puts her heart and soul into this place :)

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish getaway in Koh Samui!

Place was clean and everything worked fine. As some said there were few people passing infront the villa but not as much and they all mind their own bussiness. Fridge, kitchen, bathrooms and pool all clean. Beds comfortable with big windows all around the villa 👌. To go out to the street you would have to walk for some time a bit but not an issue at all. The Jamaican bar and resturant had great food and is just 5 to 10 minutes walk 👍They booked a taxi for us from and to the airport 🤗 Thank you June!

I had a wonderful stay with Kristin and her team at the Orchid Lodge. Every little detail was very carefully considered by Kristin to make my stay the best it could possibly be. The room was perfect - the pool and breakfast area was a wonderful sanctuary and the grounds were beautifully kept by Myo (his motto was 'keep it clean and green' and it shows!). Breakfast each morning consisted of fresh fruit, eggs of your choice, yoghurt, cereal and then another treat which could be banana bread or pancakes - so much! Fair and Mem quietly work away in the background making sure everything is beautifully presented. The property is a little remote which was precisely what I wanted and I often got a ride down to Lamai with Kristin and then walked back (about 6kms and not an easy walk but totally fine for me). You can easily hire a scooter or motor bike through Kristin if you wanted your own transport.
