Spotless room, if your expectations are realistic for a budget hotel then this.will probably exceed them, shower was hot and powerful, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this, very secure car park for my fishing gear, have stayed here 4 times now

A beautiful self contained studio flat very close to the centre of town and to main shops, in a quiet residential street. The place had everything that we needed for a good stay, the space was very well organised and set up. Lovely to find complementary coffee waiting for us. The kitchenette had cups, plates, crockery and cutlery. The toilet-shower area did not have a separate door but was giving sufficient privacy. We couldn't find a WiFi connection but the location was well covered by our own mobile network. We slept beautifully on the very comfortable bed, check out was smooth with the keylock. The host was friendly, with good communication. A lovely stay.
